REGISTRATION

 

You can use the Registration Form in order to register to The Third International Symposium on Loquat. Please read carefully the following information before starting registration process. Registration fees must be sent by bank transfer.

 

Registration Fee

Full registration fee includes:

Registration fee includes the participation of full scientific program, symposium bag and badge, certificate of attendance, abstract book, one copy of Acta Horticulturae (proceedings of the symposium), welcome cocktail, farewell dinner or evening cocktails, lunches, technical tours, city tour (including the visit to Antakya Museum and some historical places), coffee breaks, transfer from and to the hotels and airport of Hatay, exhibition and poster area.

For accompanying persons, registration fee covers welcome cocktail, farewell dinner or evening cocktails, lunches, technical tours, city tour (including the visit to Antakya Museum and some historical places), coffee breaks, transfer from and to the hotels and airport of Hatay, exhibition and poster area.

 

Student participants

Registration for students includes participation to all sessions, symposium bag and badge, certificate of attendance, book of abstracts, welcome cocktail, lunches, technical tours, city tour (including the visit to Antakya Museum and some historical places), coffee breaks, transfer from and to the hotels and airport of Hatay, exhibition and poster area.  Participants who pay student registration fees should submit either student identity cards or letters from their universities to the symposium secretariat

 

Cancelling policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by mail, fax or e-mail to the Symposium Secretariat by March 30, 2010. An administrative charge of 75 Euro will be left for cancellation. No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after March 30, 2010. Please note that refunds will only be made after the Symposium.

 

Deadline for early registration:

February 1, 2010

Either bank transfer or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
